Spare me.

Life is so weird and hard to believe at times. Things are definitely strange right now. I am still moving to LA most likely, but everything is still extremely up in the air and I’m trying to iron out the wrinkles. Trying to plan my move is like these ants…a lot of work and pushing things around but I’m getting nowhere. I wish there was someone in ultimate control of my life who would make all of the tough decisions for me.

Dirty Pleasure mixtape

Posted in Music Mix on November 8th, 2008 by Andrew

Well I finally got around to making a new mixtape. My plan has always been to make one at the end of every month using all the music I listen to for the past 30 days, but It hasnt worked that way yet. With this one (Dirty Pleasures) I took a different approach. Rather than worry about everything being blended and mixed seamlessly, I kinda just had fun with it.

either click the polaroid above or click here to download dirty pleasures

And the link for the last mixtape has broken, so here is the repost

How californians see the country

Posted in educational on November 8th, 2008 by Andrew

I while ago I posted a diagram about how new yorkers see the country, so its only fair that I post this one too. I think they are both true a little bit. I like being from iowa, because it lets me have an unbiased opinion about everywhere. Ive been working on a new mixtape, Its coming soon.

Last night was so great, it was fun being in Chicago for such a monumental event. If I hear the words “historic election” one more time, though, I’ll go crazy. Here are some cool videos from last night… John Stewart and Stephen Colbert did election night coverage and their news team did a really funny Bradley Effect sketch.

Also, the CNN coverage beamed people into the studio via hologram (Star Trek style) which I thought was really cool. I didn’t actually know this technology was in use right now.

A Change

I am really sad I couldnt be in the states for this. I am really proud to be American though, im getting excited to come back now. Its funny how I left the states with my head down sorta, and now its like America is back. Everyone over here is congratulating us, everyone else is happy too. Its like we were under a curse or something. I am especially of everyone who was in Chicago and went to the democratic celebration, I bet that was crazy awesome.

Watch this and dont ever say I didnt help you get girls. “If you do small things to you shit all over youll have women everywhere dropping vagina panties all over the place” - lulz for days.

I am on the edge of my seat over here waiting to hear who our new commander is over there. Hopefully things get better, cuz it seems like craps been getting crappy for a while. Seriously though, the blue lagoon in iceland was one of the coolest places Ive ever been. It was like another planet, but a planet of relaxation. I plan on going back many times, but I think the best times to go are the coldest times. Look At it here.
