The second day of Lollapalooza started with me showing up finding out the show was sold out. I had to scalp a ticket off a sketchy street vendor for an exorbitant amount of money, and when I tried to use the ticket I found out it had already been used the day before. I ended up having to sneak through a fence to get in the show, it was absolutely ridiculous. The Rage Against the Machine concert was absurdly huge, and people were getting seriously injured all over the place from the mosh pits and general violent behavior. Rage had to stop the concert twice to lecture everyone, and they stopped it a third time to once again express their displeasure with the US. Probably one of the craziest concerts I’ve been to…nothing like seeing one of the greatest bands while trapped in an angry sea of people in downtown Chicago!

I will admit that your Flight of the Concords dance clip is a good attempt to entertain, but I think my Hot Rod Punch Dance clip may take take the cake. Angry dance vs. Punch Dance… I win.

Here’s a video of Shaq busting out some freestyle rap, which ends up being entirely about how much Kobe Bryant sucks. It essentially combines two of my favorite things…Shaq and bad rap. The best line is when he mentions his vasectomy.
So I’ve pretty much had the worst couple of weeks ever. (break in, break up, work sucks). Just thought I’d post a Chicago throw back. I know we all remember R Kelly’s rock opera, “Trapped in the Closet.” It’s ridiculous. Here are parts 1 and 2 out of, like 50. And maybe we can all think a good thought for Mr. Kelly, since he is for sure going to jail soon. The prosecution is most likely using this video against him.
Now ive had crushes on tons of dudes, but kimbo slice is definitely one of the cutest ones. UUUUGGHH i could get lost in that beard.
I’m not that into electronic music, but that might have changed when I saw the Justice and Simian Mobile Disco concerts. They were by far the two largest dance parties I have ever seen. This is my favorite Justice song they played.
